A message dated April 4, 2008, was read stating the Senate passed                                                               
CSHB 330(RES) with the following amendment and it is transmitted                                                                
for consideration:                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 330(FIN)                                                                                
    "An Act relating to noxious weed, invasive plant and agricultural                                                           
    pest management and education; and providing for an effective
